Use of the App
BudgetPair is a personal budgeting application designed to help you track income, expenses, bills, savings, investments, debt, goals, and related financial information. You agree to use BudgetPair only for lawful personal purposes.
No Financial Advice
BudgetPair provides budgeting tools, calculations, reports, and projections for informational purposes only. BudgetPair does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on information entered into or displayed by the app.
Your Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into BudgetPair. BudgetPair is currently local-first, so deleting the app, clearing app data, losing your device, or replacing your device may result in data loss unless you have exported or otherwise backed up your information.
Couples Sync
If you use Couples Sync, you are responsible for sharing invite codes only with people you trust. Data shared through Couples Sync may be visible to the partner connected to your sync room.
In-App Purchases
BudgetPair may offer paid features, including a Pro upgrade. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another supported app marketplace. Refunds and billing issues are handled according to the applicable store policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse BudgetPair, attempt to interfere with the app or sync services, reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
Availability and Changes
BudgetPair may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update the app to improve reliability, security, or functionality.
Disclaimer
BudgetPair is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all calculations will fit every financial situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BudgetPair will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or financial losses arising from your use of the app.
